KCS offers its employees the option of viewing and/or downloading their own pay slips using the Employee Self Service system, and to enter different kinds of changes (such as your address and payroll tax reduction). Once you are an employee, you will receive the user’s and login instructions by e-mail. You will have to login using your university e-mail address ending in “@tilburguniversity.edu”.

We advise you to download your pay slips and annual income
statements right away for your own records. Remember that once you are no longer employed with us, you will no longer have access to Employee Self Service.
